Abstract

In the first chapter dedicated to the problems’ description with which Racos confronts we described when does the problem began how it evaluated in time. In the second chapter we analyzed the problem using two decisions of the Local Council and a disposition of the major. In this part we identified two alternatives which could resolve the problem of public politic. Finally we identified which would be the best solution for the villagers using the multi attribute analyzing method.
