Absztrakt

A sharing economy jelentősen hozzájárult az európai polgárok jólétéhez. Számos tanulmány részletes leírást ad a megosztáson alapuló gazdaságot körülvevő szabálykörnyezetről, ami a turisztikai szálláshely-szolgáltatási ágazatot illeti.

Abstract

The sharing economy has contributed significantly to the well-being of European citizens. Several studies provide a detailed description of the regulatory environment surrounding the sharing economy as it relates to the tourist accommodation services sector. The emergence of digital platforms has changed our habits of service and consumption and our perception of property. Accommodation sharing platforms have changed the way we travel and have undoubtedly led to a significant increase in the number of tourists worldwide. Local government leaders across Europe are concerned about the dilemma posed by accommodation sharing platforms. In this paper, we describe the regulatory situation of accommodation sharing platforms from the perspective of European institutions.
