Absztrakt

Jelen tanulmányban bemutatott kutatás témája az intézményes keretek között zajló önkéntesség megismerése intézményes szempontból. A kutatás célja volt adatokat gyűjteni az intézményekben zajló önkéntes foglalkoztatásról Hargita megyében. A kutatás 2021-ben valósult meg, amelyhez az amerikai Székely Előfutár Ösztöndíj is hozzájárult.
Az önkéntesség egy új jelenségnek számít Romániában, így Hargita megyében is, főleg ha az intézményesen megszervezett önkéntességre gondolunk. Ennek ellenére térségünkben is létezik ez a jelenség, amellyel érdemes foglalkozni. Az alábbi írás igyekszik röviden összefoglalni a kutatás legfontosabb eredményeit és tanulságait.

Abstract

The topic of the research presented in the present study is to get to know volunteering within an institutional framework from an institutional point of view. The aim of the research was to collect data on voluntary employment in institutions in Harghita County. The research was carried out in 2021, to which the American Szekler Forerunner Fellowship also contributed.
Volunteering is a new phenomenon in Romania, including Harghita County, especially when it comes to institutionally organized volunteering. Nevertheless, this phenomenon also exists in our region and is worth addressing. The following article seeks to briefly summarize the key findings from the research.
