Absztrakt

A tanulmányban a mesteri dolgozatom keretében végzett kutatás fontosabb eredményei alapján elemzem a sharenting jelenséget a csíki régióban, pontosabban az anyák viszonyulásmódját gyermekeik közösségi médiában való jelenlétéhez, személyes adataiknak védelméhez.

Abstract

In this paper, I analyse the phenomenon of sharenting, i.e. parents’ attitudes towards sharing content about their own children, among mothers in the Ciuc region, based on the main results of the research conducted in the framework of my master thesis.
Based on the results of an online questionnaire survey conducted among mothers in the Ciuc region in 2021, an important question is how aware mothers are of social media use in this area, which social media sites they prioritize for sharing content, how often they share content on different social media platforms, how much they care about content sharing controls (private or public account), and how they relate to the content they share about their children. Another important question was whether there were differences in the content sharing characteristics of the target group by age, marital status, education level and occupation. In this paper, after a brief review of the relevant literature and research methodology, I will analyse these issues.
