Absztrakt

A tanulmány a nemzetközi szervezetek (FAO , ILO, EU, WTO, OECD, UNESCO, Világbank) által, a COVID-19 vírus jelentkezésének első időszakában megfogalmazott ágazati kihívásokat, javaslatokat és programokat mutatja be, amelyek globális és kisebb léptékű (helyi, regionális) szempontból is fontosak. Meggyőződésünk, hogy a globális megközelítések tematizációja lokális, regionális léptékben is fontos szakmai feladat, segítséget nyújthat azoknak a társadalmi korlátoknak a lebontásában, amelyeket a kisléptékű értelmezések és megoldások mindennapi gyakorlata termel.

Abstract

The study presents the sectoral challenges, proposals and programmes formulated by international organisations (FAO , ILO, EU, WTO, OECD, UNESCO, World Bank) during the first period of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, which are relevant from a global and smaller scale (local, regional) perspective. We are convinced that thematising global approaches at local and regional scales is an important professional task and can help to break down the social barriers that are produced by the everyday practice of small-scale interpretations and solutions.
