Absztrakt

A tanulmány az erdélyi magyar iskolák jelenlegi és korábbi vezetői körében végzett adatfelvétel alapján a rurális környezetben működő iskolák helyzetének elemzésével foglalkozik. Áttekinti a rurális iskolák társadalmi szerepének újrapozicionálásával kapcsolatos szakmai megközelítéseket. Az adatfelvétel alapján bemutatja az intézményvezetőknek az iskola működését meghatározó fontos aktorokhoz való viszonyulását, valamint az együttműködési, partnerségi lehetőségekhez való viszonyulásokat.

Abstract

The study focuses on analyzing the situation of rural schools based on research conducted among current and former leaders of Transylvanian Hungarian schools. It also reviews professional approaches to redefining the social role of rural schools. Based on the survey, the study presents school leaders’ attitudes toward key stakeholders who influence the functioning of schools, as well as their perspectives on collaboration and partnership opportunities.
